The Board of Directors is elected by the Constituency to manage the business and affairs of the association. The Board members are elected from the circle of member bands. The Board of Directors consists of seven members who are in office for two years. The President and the Treasurer are elected directly by the Constituency, whereas the members of the Board of Directors constitute themselves as Vice President, Secretary, and chairmen of LGF's four committees.
